SENIOR TRIP
Following graduation, an optional Senior Trip will be available for all graduates and their parents. The trip will be to the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The trip dates are May 18-22, 2025.
Deposit: $200 PER ROOM non-refundable (cash/check only) in person Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Panera Bread at the Renaissance in Ridgeland from 5 - 7 p.m. Natalie Adkins and/or Rebecca Butler will be set up at a table. Deposit includes room deposit/MTG service fee. Checks are made payable to Magnolia Travel Group.

A photocopy of the passport picture page will need to be sent in by final payment if information is not provided with registration form.
Room Options: The room options offered for our group are below. Please indicate on your form a 1st and 2nd choice. Room requests will be honored in the order the forms are received but are not guaranteed until the resort confirms. Priority room request turn-in begins Tuesday, July 10 at Panera at the Renaissance in Ridgeland between 5 - 7 p.m.

Please see the attached PDF for prices, which are per night for two people and include all food & beverages at the resort.
Additional charges: There are additional charges for certain aspects of our trip such as transfers to and from the airport, a boat cruise to the arch, other optional excursions (Medano beach), private group dinner, spa reservations, souvenirs, and airfare. Pricing and breakdown for each will be sent shortly after we have a solid group number.
Airfare: Magnolia Travel Group can assist with booking roundtrip airfare for an additional charge of $50 per person. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like help arranging your airfare.
We are also looking into a group airfare option; please indicate on the form if you are interested in group airfare. For instance, Southwest flies to our location and offers great group rates.
Cancellation & Travel Insurance: Travel Guard’s Preferred Policy is for cancellation in case of medical, death, work-related reasons. It also provides medical coverage while on the trip. It is Highly Recommended that every student and parent travel with insurance and quotes will be given out per family at a later date.
