SENIOR PARTIES

The process and details regarding Senior Parties is outlined below. All communication will be with the Senior Party Chairs, Bonnie Chapman and Lee Ann Thigpen (bonniebchapman@yahoo.com, LThigpen@robinskaplan.com).

  • Date requests can be made to Bonnie and Lee Ann beginning on July 1, 2024.

  • Prior to checking your date, please check the JA calendar for conflicts.

  • Your date must be verified before you contact your head hostess.

  • Please provide the following when checking your date:

    1. Honorees

    2. Date & Time

    3. Theme

    4. Invitees (girls only, boys only, entire class, small group, etc.).

  • To prevent having parties of the same theme, please let Bonnie and Lee Ann know if your theme changes.

  • No parties can be scheduled before the Kick-Off Party on Sunday, August 4.

  • Senior parties are not required and not everyone will have a senior party.

  • The only parties that will go on the main senior calendar and be promoted on social media are those with all boys, all girls, or the entire class.

  • Combining with other seniors is a great idea for kids to eliminate too many parties.

  • There can not be two senior parties on the same day for the same invitees.

  • Patrice Worley in the admin office will print labels if needed (pworley@jacksonacademy.org).

  • Please make sure your child regrets or RSVPs to all parties!
