MAJOR/CAREER ASSESSMENT

Trey Carroll, NexTest Advantage

JA is providing an unique opportunity for all seniors to participate in this program and ALL COSTS ARE COVERED BY JA. Trey Carroll, a JA 2009 graduate, has created a program for high school and college students that helps them discover and cultivate meaningful skill sets to identify fulfilling work. He will be conducting major/career assessments for all seniors. Trey has worked with more than 500 students and has partnered with JA for the last three years.

To conduct the assessments, Trey uses the Birkman Method, a data-driven assessment, combined with one-on-one coaching. This approach helps students determine what college major and career is the best fit for them. He then works with students to develop a plan to achieve their goals.

Trey will be at the Upper School Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 27 to answer any questions.

To begin the program or lean more, click here! Seniors must reserve their spot in the program by Friday, September 6th.
